Wild Doxies

Mikkey and Abbie had a great weekend with a couple of extra “hands” to offer them some attention. Additionally, some new household furniture came with our visitors which is always cause for canine celebration. Beautiful received two chairs as a part of her birthday presents but the wild doxies are fairly certain the chairs were intended for them to use as beds.

Mikkey spent more time than Abbie on the new chairs, possibly because he can jump up onto the chairs easier than she can. He went so far as to curl up in one of the chairs on Sunday night when he had the option of snuggling next to beautiful who turned in early, tired from the weekend activities. It’s pretty unusual for Mikkey not to take advantage of snuggling in bed so apparently the new chairs have the wild doxie seal of approval.
