Mikkey and the Balloons (Hot Air Type!)

The whole family went out to a local Balloon Stampede last weekend and Mikkey was allowed to join in on the fun. (We were told later that when they fill the gas tanks for the balloons that it can hurt dogs ears – luckily that didn’t happen – but Mikkey will not join us on this type of event again.) Mikkey felt like a prince (in other words the way he wants to feel all the time) as Beautiful carried him almost the entire time we were near the balloons. 40+ hot air balloons all lifted off from a local open field and it was quite something to see.
What a sight! You can just barely see Mikkey in the left hand bottom corner.
While everyone watches the last balloon rising into the sky Mikkey looks back to make sure Weasel doesn’t get left behind. What a good doxie!
